DecoChek Desktop is free to download, and the unregistered copy is fully functional to a depth of 40m/120ft. Registration costs £50 for four unlock keys, after which the program is unlocked to 500m/1650ft (should you wish to challenge any World records!). Features include:

• Dynamic Graph - simply pull to any depth or time combinations - deco obligations updated in real time
• Closed Circuit, Open Circuit or any combination of both
• Complex Profiles like Cave systems or multi-level wrecks can be 'drawn' on screen accurately for precise deco obligations
• Track-Back Option will follow cave profile outwards automatically before adding deco stops
• Real ICD suggestions that are a few simple clicks from being rectified
• Warnings such as High / Low Po2 - DCS - ICD - High CNS - Inappropriate CCR Set-point
• Bail-out Plans and Range Plan print options
• Interactive Gas Blending using the Van der Waals equation
• Metric and Imperial units

DecoChek Mini, the mobile phone version is completely free and fully functional. Obviously we didn't manage to cram quite as many features in, but it uses the same tried-and-tested algorithm as DecoChek Desktop, and is a flexible emergency-backup for any situation. Features include:

• High / Low Po2, DCS, ICD Warnings
• Metric and Imperial units
